Shane Sahadeo joins Englander Peebles after beginning his legal career at national defense firm, representing insurance companies and large corporations in complex injury claims. This experience gave him first-hand insight into how insurance carriers evaluate and defend cases. He now uses this knowledge to strategically advocate for injured individuals and pursue maximum recovery.
Shane has built his practice on a strong foundation of courtroom advocacy and calculated litigation, including conducting and defending depositions, briefing and arguing motions, navigating hearings, and guiding cases from inception to resolution. He brings seasoned judgment, meticulous preparation, and a relentless commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
A South Florida native, Shane earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and continued directly at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2022. While in law school, he received a Book Award for his work in the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic and served as a Teaching Assistant to a former United States Supreme Court clerk, an experience that reinforced the importance of precision, discipline, and dedication in the practice of law. Shane is committed to combining his courtroom experience and deep understanding of the legal process to provide clients with skilled, dedicated, and results-driven representation. He approaches every case with tenacity, attention to detail, and a personal commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for the people he represents.
