Gary’s experience litigating cases began even before he graduated from law school. As a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the State Attorney, Gary gained invaluable courtroom experience preparing and trying jury and bench trials. Additionally, Gary served as a law clerk for the United States Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney's Office. There, he assisted in the preparation for trials and hearings as well as conducted legal research on complex and sensitive legal matters.
After his graduation and prior to establishing Englander Peebles, Gary worked as litigator with Conrad & Scherer, LLP where he concentrated on litigating complex cases involving commercial disputes, labor and employment, as well as professional malpractice. Notably, Gary was part of the litigation team that successfully represented victims who invested in the billion dollar Ponzi scheme orchestrated by Scott Rothstein.
After leaving Conrad & Scherer, Gary joined Anidjar & Levine, P.A., a very well known personal injury law firm. During this time, he developed a strong understanding of the personal injury litigation process, and tried several jury trials.
These experiences paved Gary’s way to becoming a successful trial attorney and strong advocate for personal injury clients throughout the Fort Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach regions.
